The future of our club is under scrutiny. Did you know?
- MGCC projects spending approximately $18 million on a Golf maintenance facility re-build, and a clubhouse re-model.
- The Board, committees, and the CEO continue to deny requests for details. Given the massive scope of this initiative and the implications on our fees and membership retention, the financial information currently available is inadequate and lacks transparency.
- Curling is not included in the club’s vision or campus plan despite its participants contributing $1.2 million in annual dues. This is a perplexing omission given curling’s low operational costs, ability to scale, and its long heritage at the club.
A growing sense of urgency. The Campus Planning Committee is operating quickly and curating their communications to limit debate.
